Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award: Honoring advocacy for equity and inclusion. Named in honor of civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks, this award recognizes an individual or organization that has significantly contributed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural awareness within the transportation industry.
Criteria:
- Demonstrated efforts to create opportunities for underrepresented groups.
- Advocacy for policies, programs, or initiatives that foster diversity and equity.
- Active mentorship and community engagement that promotes inclusion.
- Demonstrated impact on building a more equitable transportation industry.
