WTS Member Code of Conduct

All members of WTS International agree to abide by the WTS Member Code of Conduct.
 

Attendee Policies 

During WTS International meetings and events, your badge (received at check-in) must always be visible. Spouses, friends, peers, etc. are not granted access to any meetings and events areas or events without a badge. If you wish for anyone to accompany you to any WTS International meetings and events, you must register them and pay the appropriate fees.

Attendees, staff, sponsors, and exhibitors at WTS International meetings and events shall together provide a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of meetings and events participants in any form.

Participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from WTS International meetings and events without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion, and actions such as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

WTS International takes photographs and video during in-person meetings and events. By entering the venue, you are giving permission to be filmed and photographed and for the film and/or photographs to be used by WTS International in all manner of media throughout the world. You also waive all rights with respect to and release WTS International from any claims related to WTS International’s use of your name, image, likeness, voice, or quotes.
 

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Most events are held rain or shine. 

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected], and must be received by 11:59 PM ET no later than seven (7) days before the event begins. Registration cancellation fees submitted by close of business on that day will be fully refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. 

Registration refund requests are processed 7–10 days after the event. Registrant no-shows will not be refunded.

If WTS International cancels the program for any reason, all registrants will be notified by email to the address used in his or her original registration.
