This award recognizes an organization that actively supports the professional development and advancement of women in the transportation industry. The Employer of the Year demonstrates a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of leadership.

Criteria:

Demonstrated support for career growth and leadership opportunities for women.
Active encouragement of participation in WTS and other professional organizations.
Policies and practices that promote work–life balance and diversity in hiring and retention.
Tangible outcomes in advancing women within the organization.
