Employer of the Year: Championing opportunity, inclusion, and advancement. This award recognizes an organization that actively supports the professional development and advancement of women in the transportation industry. The Employer of the Year demonstrates a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of leadership.
Criteria:
- Demonstrated support for career growth and leadership opportunities for women.
- Active encouragement of participation in WTS and other professional organizations.
- Policies and practices that promote work–life balance and diversity in hiring and retention.
- Tangible outcomes in advancing women within the organization.
