2025 WTS San Antonio Region Innovative Transportation Solutions Award - City of Seguin - Transportation + Mobility Master Plan

WTS San Antonio Region proudly honors the City of Seguin - Transportation + Mobility Master Plan as the recipient of the 2025 Innovative Transportation Solutions Award.

The Seguin Transportation + Mobility Master Plan (TMMP) is a forward-looking, community-driven initiative guiding Seguin’s multimodal transportation network for the next 20 to 40 years. The plan prioritizes safety, connectivity, rural character, and implementable solutions across all modes. The project also stands out for its strong female leadership, with Melissa Reynolds, City of Seguin Director of Engineering and Capital Programs, serving as Project Manager alongside Mayor Donna Dodgen and a women-led consultant team from Lochner, PCI, and RS&H. Together, the team integrated roadway, trail, safety, and capital planning to create an innovative, equitable, and community-centered transportation plan.
