The Executive Shadow Program is a joint venture by PennDOT and WTS Central Pennsylvania that offers early to mid-level professionals the opportunity to spend the day shadowing a female PennDOT executive. This one-of-a-kind program, initiated by former PennDOT 
Secretary Leslie Richards, provides a unique experience for professionals in the transportation industry to get a glimpse into various job duties and responsibilities of public sector executives. PennDOT offers information on the Executive Program, including executive
