As a part of our Construction Management Team, the Construction Manager will help ensure the construction of highways and bridges is performed and managed according to the plans and specifications. You will build and maintain relationships with the client managers. You will act as an agent of the client in dealing with contractors. You will be responsible to oversee the contractor activities and facilitate resolution of issues, such as performance, construction schedules, and claim resolution. You will evaluate the contractor’s issues and determine levels of risk for the owner. You may be required to perform as the client project manager as needed. You will also address program issues and policy directions.

A.D. Marble is seeking a Water Resource Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience in the Transportation, Land Development, or Floodplain industries to fill a full-time or part-time position. This position allows for a flexible/hybrid work environment from our Pennsylvania or Maryland offices, or to be fully remote if elsewhere in the United States.  

Applicants require the ability to perform a variety of assignments, including hydrology and hydraulics of roadway structures, hydrology and hydraulics of stream mitigation sites, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plan development, NPDES permits, water obstruction permits, drainage design, watershed assessments, and associated reporting with all tasks.
