Honourary Members

Each year, the WTS Toronto Area Chapter offers two honourary memberships. An honourary membership is an opportunity for chapters to attract inspirational individuals who are not currently members of WTS and who have been identified by the chapter as key leaders in the local transportation industry.

We are pleased to introduce the following WTS Toronto Area Chapter Honourary Members for 2025/2026:

Jennifer Quinn

Jennifer Quinn is the Chief Executive Officer of Nieuport Aviation, the terminal partner at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. She brings extensive leadership experience from senior roles at Deloitte and Infrastructure Ontario, where she helped advance major infrastructure projects across Canada.

Recognized among Canada’s top business leaders, Jennifer was named a 2024 Best Executive by The Globe and Mail’s Report on Business, and one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN).

Malvika Rudra

As Assistant Deputy Minister, Major Highway Projects Division, Ontario Ministry of Transportation Malvika Rudra is a results-driven public service executive and licensed Professional Engineer with experience delivering a range of complex infrastructure projects across Ontario.

In her role at MTO, Malvika provides strategic oversight to the delivery of major infrastructure projects using innovative delivery approaches and partnerships. Malvika is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, and ability to build high-performing teams.
