Mission Statement

We are committed to align MWDBE small business firms, agencies, and primes in the transportation industry to collaborate on project teams, projects, and promote an inclusive workforce environment for all areas of expertise within transportation. As we promote a culture of diverse thought and initiatives of companies and firms to develop their outreach communication and project opportunities. We will continue to promote and provide listening forums, presentations, and educational platforms to equip all members and allies in the ongoing effort to ensure inclusion and diversity are a fabric of the transportation industry.
