Join WTS-GNY's Glass Ceiling Committee

The WTS-GNY Glass Ceiling Committee is seeking new members!  We are looking to build our committee with diverse, energetic and dynamic members to keep this important initiative moving forward.  We are seeking individuals with a variety of expertise including copy editing, graphics, research and survey experience. The committee is planning to build upon the great work conducted to date, including the 2019 Baseline Study for Future Benchmarking of Women in Leadership Roles Report and the 2020 Employee Survey efforts with a goal of publishing a follow up report in 2025.  The committee meets once a month, at which time committee members can volunteer for various opportunities to support the survey and report efforts.
