The 2020 WTS-GNY Glass Ceiling Employer Survey -- the follow-up to 2017's inaugural effort -- is now open! This 2020 survey is part of WTS-GNY’s ongoing efforts to track women’s professional development in both public and transportation sectors throughout the Metropolitan region. The survey findings will culminate in an updated benchmarking study to be released in 2021.
For the 2020 update, the employer survey explores:
- Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) data
- Work policies and programs that may be conducive to women in the workplace
- Barriers that may be holding women back
Findings from this year's survey may point to areas for employer investment or innovation as organizations look to compete for talent and to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.
The employer survey will be open through November 25, 2020.

The survey takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Note that as long as you go back to the survey from the same device and ISP, you can return to the survey and pick up on completing it at a later time. We'd like to receive responses by Wednesday, December 23.
