Transportation YOU is a hands-on mentorship program dedicated to the personal and professional development of high school girls with interest in the transportation industry. Through interactive experiences and meaningful mentor connections, students explore the full spectrum of careers across every mode of transportation.
We go beyond career exploration. Participants build real confidence, leadership skills, and professional readiness, gaining the tools to succeed academically and in life.
