WTS San Diego Asset Management Signature Program
Join WTS San Diego for our first Signature Program of 2023! We will formally introduce our 2023 chapter board members, followed by a lunch program that will center on asset management projects. Asset management projects focus on improving existing infrastructure conditions rather than proposing new constructions. The speakers will provide practical knowledge on these type of projects, touch on the advantages and disadvantages, and provide tips on common mistakes. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insight into the best practices and challenges associated with asset management.
