How much do you know about the first design-build project in Wisconsin? Join the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and WTS Wisconsin to hear about the bridge history, the corridor study phase and the eventual move to design-build. WI WTS Joint Virtual Meeting with ITE Wisconsin - September 22, 2021
Please join us for a joint virtual meeting with the ITE Wisconsin Chapter on Wednesday, September 22 from Noon to 1:00 pm. We will have brief announcements from both ITE and WTS WI and a technical presentation by Elizabeth Schneider, from the WisDOT Traffic Management Center titled “Madison Flex Lane TMC Planning”.

Technical Program - Electrification of Transportation
On Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 11:30am to 12:30pm join us for a virtual networking session and technical presentation on electric infrastructure.
The emergence and increasing use of electric vehicles and bicycles is presenting unique opportunities and challenges within the existing transportation infrastructure. Join presenters Chuck Wade (WisDOT Director of Bureau of Planning and Economic Development) and Morgan Ramaker (Executive Director, BCycle LLC) for a discussion regarding the "electrification of transportation". Cost: FREE!
After the technical presentation, we will break into groups for a virtual networking session.
With the cancellation of many events over the past year, we have had a hard time raising money for the WTS Scholarship fund. We are offering an option to donate to the scholarship fund when you sign up for the event. Everyone who donates will be entered into a drawing for a $10 gift card!
Attendance of the event will earn you 0.5 PDH credits. Zoom meeting information will be emailed to registrants before the event. If you have questions, please contact Ashley Schulze at [email protected].
