Program Details

The co‑chairs oversee the Mentorship Program, which will run from January through December 2027 and begin with a kickoff meeting in January. Participants can expect a monthly time commitment of about 1–2 hours, including a one‑on‑one meeting with their mentor or mentee. The program is open to anyone working in the transportation industry, free to join, and requires no WTS membership; mentees may be at any stage of their career. In addition to paired mentorship, the co‑chairs coordinate optional group activities throughout the year, offering both virtual and in‑person events to help mentor‑mentee pairs connect with others and build a supportive professional network.
