Empowering the Next Generation of Transportation Leaders

WTS Delaware organizes its student-focused initiatives through a coordinated Student Outreach Committee, providing a unified approach to the Chapter’s efforts to engage, educate, and inspire the next generation of transportation professionals. The committee is comprised of two primary outreach initiatives, Transportation YOU and the Student Chapter, which work together to promote awareness of transportation-related careers, provide meaningful professional development opportunities, and connect students with professionals in the industry. Scholarships are available to applicants enrolled in high school, junior college/trade school, and undergraduate/graduate programs.

Through these outreach initiatives and scholarship opportunities, WTS Delaware is committed to supporting students in exploring transportation careers, pursuing their educational goals, and developing into the next generation of transportation leaders. Membership for students is FREE until January 2027 - simply make an account, enter your information, and enjoy the benefits of WTS! For questions or opportunities for collaboration, please contact us at [email protected].
