 WTS South Florida is excited to recognize the outstanding individuals and organizations that are making a difference in our Chapter, the transportation industry, and our community. Each year, we honor those who exemplify WTS’ mission of advancing women in transportation through our Recognition Awards Program.

 Whether it's a colleague, mentor, organization, or educator, this is your opportunity to help shine a light on those whose contributions deserve to be celebrated.

🏆 Award winners will be honored at the WTS South Florida Scholarships & Awards Gala on Friday, September 26th, at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina.

• Member of the Year Award — a WTS South Florida member who shows extraordinary commitment to the organization's goals and growth.
• Woman of the Year Award — a leader in transportation and makes an outstanding contribution to the Transportation industry.
• Employer of the Year Award — an employer who supports WTS South Florida through membership, sponsorship, and employee involvement.
• Educator of the Year Award — an outstanding leader and role model in transportation who has significantly supported WTS's goals and mission.
• Honorable Ray LaHood Award — a man who has led by example in advocating for women to compete for key positions.
• Rosa Parks Leadership Award — someone whose efforts and initiatives facilitate professional opportunities for women and minorities.
