Mentorship Program
WTS NC Triangle Chapter is excited to continue our Mentorship Program to connect mid- to senior-level women in the transportation industry to foster mentoring relationships. The purpose of the program is to empower women by providing a targeted mentorship and supportive community. This program aims to create a supportive environment that inspires the cultivation of interpersonal, communication, leadership, and other soft skills crucial for personal and professional success.
Over the course of a few months, the program will host in-person meetings for mentors and mentees to get to know each other. We will hold panel discussions, speed mentoring and a book discussion. The goal of these events is to connect women with mentors and provide them with the tools they need as they continue to propel into successful careers in the transportation industry.
Applications will be open July 1, 2025 and will close on August 1, 2025.

- September 24, 2025: Happy Hour
- October 29, 2025: Match and Personality Assessment with Lisa Coleman
- December 2025: WTS NC Triangle Chapter Holiday Party
- January 2026: Panel Discussion
- February 2026: Volunteer event and Happy Hour
- March 2026: Book discussion (Title: Book Name)
- April 2026: Event hosted by mentees
- May 2026: Graduation
