About the Program

WTS is dedicated to fostering the professional growth of its members while advocating for the recognition of women in the transportation industry. At WTS-IE, we support these goals through our Mentoring Program, which pairs emerging transportation professionals with experienced industry leaders.

Commitments and Expectations

• 1 year mentorship program from July 2025 – May 2026
• 1 hour per month dedicated to having discussions with your mentor/mentee
• Participation in industry workshops, networking mixers as well as program kick-off and close out events

Mentors

• Contribute to shaping and empowering future leaders
• Develop leadership and mentoring expertise
• Connect with fellow industry professionals

Mentees

• One-on-one mentorship sessions with your paired mentor
• Expand and refine your professional skills through professional workshops
• Gain valuable career guidance
• Create meaningful industry relations with experts in the transportation field
