The 2026-2027 Mentorship Program is currently in session. 

Looking to grow your career or give back to others in the transportation industry? The WTS Mentorship Program connects experienced professionals with those seeking guidance and development opportunities. The program serves all genders and all roles within the transportation field, from engineers to planners to operations to business development and beyond.

The program spans 18 months, with an expectation of at least quarterly meetings (6 total over the course of the program). Mentorship pairs will set goals and an action plan at the outset and receive quarterly guidance throughout the program.

During the enrollment process, participants may enroll as mentors, mentees, or both. WTS members will receive preference in matching.

• Mentors - Individuals with a minimum of five years of professional experience who wish to serve as mentors.
• Mentees - Individuals with any experience level seeking guidance and professional growth.
