Do you know coworkers or other members of our industry that are not WTS CT members? Please join WTS CT for an open house at CTDOT! Attendees will learn about WTS, membership benefits, and volunteer opportunities available through the different committees. Following a brief presentation, there will be time for networking and visiting the committee tables. A light lunch will be provided. WTS CT will be holding a raffle to win a free WTS membership!

WTS-CT PRESENTS NEURODIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

The Diversity Committee is pleased to offer this interactive workshop discussing neurodiversity and neurodivergence in the workplace and strategies for successful working relationships and allyship. It will focus on the individual socialization of participants as well as systemic barriers for neurodivergent folks.

Dr. Verlezza is an inclusion, equity, access, belonging strategist and educator supporting individuals and organizations in building more inclusive, accessible, and equity-driven cultures for over 20+ years; helping others grow through reflection, accountability, and action.

This is a virtual event open to anyone (members and non-members)
