Event/Website Requests

The WTS Baltimore Communications Committee is pleased to release two forms that we hope will streamline communications requests. These forms are intended to be submitted by WTS Baltimore Board and Committee members only.


  • Event Request Form – this form should be used when you need to post and promote a WTS Baltimore event. This includes email notifications.
  • Website Update Request Form – this form should be used for requests that involve website updates and/or additions.


Going forward, please use these forms when submitting requests to the Communications Committee. Please note that both forms have a section for requesting social media posts. You will also notice that these forms require five business days for processing. We understand this isn’t always possible, but the sooner we receive your requests, the easier it will be for us to complete them. We recommend that you bookmark each form for quick and easy reference.
