This Signature Strengths Workshop helps participants discover and develop their unique talents using the CliftonStrengths assessment.

This workshop activities will include:

Assessment: Participants will complete the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment to identify their top strengths. The assessment cost ($59.99) is included in workshop registration.
Understanding Strengths: Overview of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes and how they apply to individual performance.
Application: Participants learn how to leverage their strengths in both personal and professional contexts.
Collaboration: The workshop will include activities to help participants utilize their strengths for better collaboration and productivity.
