Looking for a way to increase your personal network and soft skills? The WTS KC Chapter is beginning a mentorship program that will focus on the non-technical skills of being a transportation professional. The topics include managing conflict, future-proofing your career, strengths/weaknesses analysis, and strategic planning to achieve your goals.

Applications are officially open for the WTS-KC Mentorship Program! Applications will remain open until December 12th, and the program will kick off in early 2026. We are looking for applications from mentors and mentees of all experience levels. Space for this program is limited. Dates have been provided at the link below to allow mentors and mentees to plan around them for the upcoming year.
