Looking for a way to increase your personal network and soft skills? The WTS KC Chapter is beginning a mentorship program that will focus on the non-technical skills of being a transportation professional. The topics include managing conflict, future-proofing your career, strengths/weaknesses analysis, and strategic planning to achieve your goals.

Applications are officially closed for the inaugural WTS-KC Mentorship Program in 2026. It is anticipated that this program will be hosted again in 2028.
