It will take strong leadership to develop a future of transportation that ensures diverse voices and perspectives are heard and opportunities are accessible to everyone. This new generation of leaders will need to be innovative, creative, and compassionate. The WTS International Signature Leadership Program prepares women to guide the future of the industry. Participants hear from expert facilitators and speakers, practice effective management skills, learn how to assess risk, and develop other professional skills that will advance not only their own careers, but those who use transportation services in their communities.

Split into two program tracks, WTS International's Executive Leader Program (September 15-18) is targeted toward women leaders preparing for the highest levels of management or who are currently in executive-level roles — setting strategic directions, making pivotal decisions that impact the bottom line, and maneuvering through the transportation industry’s everchanging landscape.

The WTS Mid-Career Leadership Program (September 15-17) provides the building blocks necessary to support participants in their efforts to manage the day-to-day aspects of their role as well as flawlessly execute on their projects and deliverables. This training is aimed at identifying foundational strengths and building critical skills that will serve to propel their career.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to [email protected], and must be received by 11:59 PM ET on Friday, September 4th. Registration cancellation fees submitted by the deadline will be fully refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee.

Registration refund requests for the 2026 Signature Leadership Training program will be processed 7–10 days post-event closing. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Registrations may not be transferred to another individual nor transferred, applied, or credited to any other WTS event, program, or future Signature Leadership Training under any circumstances.

Registrant no-shows will not be refunded.

If WTS International cancels the 2026 Signature Leadership Training program for any reason, all registrants will be notified by email to the address used in his or her original registration.

Attendees and staff at the WTS International Signature Leadership Training shall together provide a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. Training participants who violate these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion, and actions such as deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
