The Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) is announcing the continuation of its local and national scholarship program for the 2026-2027 school year. The application period is NOW OPEN through December 4, 2026.

Please note that completed applications must be received at the email or mailing address below by Friday, December 4, 2026. Only complete application packages typed in Word or PDF format will be accepted. Email submission is preferable. All submissions will receive notification if they have won or not, by the end of January/early February 2027.
