Join us for a walking tour of the transformative Seattle Waterfront with the Office of the Waterfront leadership. Fifteen years ago, the City of Seattle started the process of rebuilding Seattle’s central waterfront. From removing the Alaskan Way Viaduct, to building the Central Seawall, and finishing the Overlook Walk, this program has redefined Seattle’s connection to the Puget Sound.
Brian Kittleson and Kris Mason of HNTB and Mindy Corey of Akana will be co-hosting the tour. We will meet at the Office of the Waterfront and work our way north to Overlook Walk, wrapping up with an optional happy hour at Karoo Cafe. Bring your walking shoes!
