The 2024 WTS Puget Sound/Seattle Awards and Scholarships Gala is sold out! Due to unprecedented demand this year, ticket sales have closed early. Please be sure to make final ticketing and meal changes by Tuesday, March 5!
We are excited for you to join us to celebrate our scholarship and award winners soon.
If you hadn’t purchased tickets yet, there are still a couple of meaningful ways to support the chapter and the gala, both of which are crucial to making this event a success:
- Volunteer Opportunities: We are in need of dedicated volunteers to assist with various tasks throughout the event. Whether you have experience in event planning, registration, ushering, or simply have a willingness to lend a helping hand, we welcome your participation. Volunteering not only supports a worthy cause but also offers an opportunity to be part of an exciting and rewarding event. Volunteer role shifts last approximately 1 to 1.5 hour(s), with shifts before and during the reception portion of the event. Note that volunteers need a paid ticket to attend the dinner portion of the event. We highly suggest coordinating with your organization for tickets before 3/5/24 if you’d like to attend the dinner. - Sponsorship Opportunities: By becoming a sponsor, you or your organization will directly contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts. Your sponsorship will be recognized during the event, offering valuable exposure to our attendees and demonstrating your commitment to supporting education and fostering opportunities for our future leaders. Sponsorships can be purchased through the event's Auctria platform by clicking here, through March 1, 2024.
