Events & Programs
The Events & Programs Committee plans and delivers all WTS Vancouver events, from the annual launch to the Coffee With... series, roundtables, and other signature programs, while ensuring a high-quality experience for members and fulfilling sponsor commitments.

Sponsorships & Partnerships
The Sponsorships & Partnerships Committee identifies, reaches out to, and secures financial sponsors and strategic partners, manages the CRM, and stewards sponsor relationships across all tiers, while coordinating with programming on Sponsor deliverables.

Mentorship & Scholarship
The Mentorship & Scholarship Committee designs and delivers WTS Vancouver’s mentorship program across career stages and manages scholarship opportunities, aligning with WTS International programs and offerings to support member growth and development.

Communications & Social Media
The Communications & Social Media Committee manages WTS Vancouver’s brand presence through website updates, social media planning, and all member and public‑facing communications, while working closely with other committees to gather and share updates.

Memberships
The Membership Committee grows and retains WTS Vancouver membership by onboarding new members, tracking registrations, and supporting members in getting active with WTS International, while ensuring clear communication and follow-up on membership status and committee involvement.
