Women in Transportation believes that the strongest careers are built through connection, shared experience, and lifting one another as we grow. Our Mentorship Program is open to women at any stage of their career—because every journey brings valuable insight, and every voice matters.

By becoming a mentor, you have the opportunity to inspire, guide, and support another woman in the transportation and construction industry. The commitment is simple yet meaningful: one monthly meeting, held virtually or in person, based on what works best for you and your mentee. Along the way, WTS will check in monthly to ensure you feel supported and set up for success.

As a mentee, you’ll gain access to guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective from women who have walked similar paths. Whether you’re navigating career decisions, building confidence, or preparing for the next step, this program is designed to help you grow.

Participants may choose to serve as a mentor, a mentee, or both—because leadership is not defined by title, and growth never stops.
