2025 WTS International Annual Conference May 7-9, 2025
We look forward to seeing WTS members, chapters, partners, friends, and fellow transportation professionals at the 2025 WTS International Annual Conference in Toronto, Canada, May 7th – 9th. This year’s conference theme, The WTS Mosaic: Mobility + Momentum, highlights the culturally rich fabric of Toronto, while also addressing our industry's critical work to advance mobility, improve transportation access, and build collective momentum for the future.

Westin Harbour Castle | 1 Harbour Square, Toronto, ON M5J 1A6, Canada
Hotel rates are available to conference attendees Sunday, May 4th - Saturday, May 11th at $349-$389 Canadian Dollars, plus taxes and fees per night. The link to book will be in your registration confirmation email. Reservations are available until April 14th.

May Luncheon 5/14/2025: Red Line Trail Panel (Check back for registration information soon)
We are pleased to invite you to celebrate bike month with us at our next lunch event, focused on the Red Line Trail Project. This event will feature insightful discussions from key panelists involved in the planning, implementation, and funding of the project, including representatives from CapMetro, the City of Austin, and Red Line Parkway Initiative.

Annual WTS HOT Chapter and CasITE Bike-n-Brunch 5/17/2025 (Check back for registration information)
Come join the WTS HOT Chapter and CasITE for a bike and brunch ride! Bring your bike, or make sure to rent one. This is a great opportunity to network with members from other organizations, exercise, explore Central Texas with all its new biking infrastructure, and start your weekend with some great food.
