Dawn Bruno, PHR, SHRM-CP
Vice President, Human Resources

From talent acquisition to employee relations, benefits, engagement, and retention, Dawn oversees the life of an employee at McCormick Taylor. With over 30 years of experience, Dawn leverages the insights she gains through working with ownership, leadership, and employees to help shape the strategic direction of our organization. Her blend of experience with business management and employee relations gives her a unique perspective that she brings to our firm’s operations team.

Sandy Martin, PE, CBSI
Vice President, Systems and Operations

Sandy’s focus is on advancing and refining operational initiatives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality in all facets of our work. Her dedication to process improvement is demonstrated in her daily oversight of CAD Management and Quality Management companywide. With more than 35 years in the industry, Sandy is well-known for her expertise in the administration and management of local transportation programs. She has extensive hands-on experience with bridge rehabilitation, construction, and inspection, and has served as the appointed bridge engineer for various counties, assisting with project planning, development, project administration, design, and construction.

Jeannette Quirus, PE, PTOE
Director, Traffic Engineering

Jeannette is responsible for managing the Traffic Engineering Group across the company, including teaching and leading the staff, winning new work, coordinating workshare, and hiring needs across our offices. She is a PE in 8 states and has 29 years of experience. She has extensive project management experience for traffic and transportation planning and design projects. Her work spans both final design including traffic control, signing and pavement marking, and signal design; and transportation operations and analysis.

June Pride
Controller

From overseeing the accounting systems and procedures involving transactions, reporting, and compliance to project management metrics and ongoing process improvements, June’s role is central to keeping our business running smoothly. As a member of our senior management team, she monitors the carefully established internal controls used for reporting and analyses that guide the company’s budgeting, financial decision-making, and long-range planning.

Afton Pascal, CPSM
Assistant Director of Marketing

Afton utilizes her 17 years of experience to lead a talented team of creative and strategic marketing professionals at McCormick Taylor. Under her leadership, they partner with staff throughout the firm to develop marketing and client engagement tactics that align with business objectives to drive growth and brand recognition. She is passionate about market analysis, brand positioning, and strategic communications and consistently looks for new opportunities to elevate the firm's competitive edge.

Christina Arlt, AICP
Manager, Planning & Communications

In her role as Manager, Planning & Communications, Christina combines her 15 years of experience in community planning with her passion for education and public outreach. Christina has managed a variety of planning projects focused on multimodal transportation, transit, smart growth, water quality, community development, and economic development. She also teaches a course about the planning process for graduate students at the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about helping communities achieve their transportation goals.
