On Thursday, June 12th, WTS Philadelphia celebrated the conclusion of our mentoring program with an inspiring graduation event.

The Mentoring Program is designed to support professional growth by fostering collaboration across industries. It connects individuals from different regional organizations to encourage cross-collaboration, build mentor-protégé relationships, and provide guidance for early and mid-career professionals. Through scheduled events, meetings, and workshops, participants can discuss industry challenges, set goals, and gain insights from experienced mentors.

Thank you to STV for providing a beautiful space and to all our partners (COMTO, SHPE, and ECP), mentors, and mentees for making this program successful.

The evening was filled with gratitude, reflection, and connection as participants shared what they learned, how they grew, and the meaningful relationships they built along the way. We are so proud of this year's cohort and excited to see what’s next for them!
