On March 19th, WTS Philadelphia joined ASHE Delaware Valley for a joint event celebrating Women’s History Month, featuring a project led by dynamic women from our own Board of Directors. Jaclyn Whelan, PE, Project Manager – Design at Conrail, and Melissa Chapman, PE, Structural Engineer at Jacobs, were joined by David Leymeister, Director of Field Operations at Jacobs, for an informative discussion focused on the Point-No-Point Bridge Replacement project where Conrail is the Owner and Jacobs the Engineer of Record. The PDH-eligible discussion focused on the challenges, phasing, and lessons learned from this complex project intended to strengthen reliability in a critical rail corridor.
