WTS International Adds to Growing Staff and Leadership Experience

Strategic Hires Include Director of Finance and Administration; New Systems Role

WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 2, 2022) – The Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS International) is proud to announce two new members of the organization’s staff.

Alma Hundiak joins WTS International as the director of Finance and Administration. Alma’s experience in accounting, operations, and administration in both for-profit and the not-for profit sectors will allow WTS to identify new revenue stream opportunities and increase organizational efficiencies. She received her accounting degree from DePaul University and Master of Psychology in Leadership from Penn State University; and resides in Chicago with her husband and two sons.

Kim R. Williams joins WTS International as Associate, Membership Systems and Data Analytics. Her recent roles include membership, data, and governance with the Rail Passengers Association and National Health Council. In her role with WTS, Kim will manage the technical aspects of the member database and related platforms. Kim has substantial knowledge of customer relationship management systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Neon. She received her teaching certification at The Johns Hopkins University and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in Elementary Education.

Alma and Kim will join current WTS staff Sara Stickler, CAE, President & CEO; Lindsay Shelton-Gross, Director, Public Relations & Strategic Initiatives; Kia Davis, Director, Membership & Chapter Relations; Renita Gross, Director, Meetings and Events; Carolyn S. Cokley, Administrator, Executive Office, Board, & Operations; Tiffany Fisher, Engagement Specialist, Meetings & Events; Varsha Ravichandran, Engagement Specialist, Marketing & Communications; and MeKayla Washington, Engagement Specialist, Membership & Chapter Relations. 

“Alma and Kim are outstanding additions to the WTS International team,” said Stickler. “As I’ve previously noted, I’m extremely proud of the diversity and level of experience on our team, and look I forward to working with this group to achieve our strategic plans, including fiscal organization, systems improvement, and continued chapter and member support.”
