WTS-DC Members Gather for Summer Networking Happy Hour
On June 11, WTS-DC welcomed approximately 60 members and transportation professionals to its summer Member Happy Hour at the beautiful rooftop venue hosted by Thompson Coburn LLP in downtown Washington, DC.
The event provided an opportunity for members from across the transportation industry to reconnect with colleagues, expand their professional networks, and engage with fellow WTS-DC members in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Attendees representing public agencies, consulting firms, contractors, and industry partners enjoyed an evening of meaningful conversations, food, and refreshments while taking in rooftop views of the city.
Networking events such as the Member Happy Hour are a cornerstone of the WTS-DC mission, creating opportunities for professionals at every stage of their careers to build relationships, exchange ideas, and strengthen connections within the transportation community. The event also offered a welcoming environment for new members to learn more about the chapter and connect with WTS-DC leaders and longtime members.
