Women's History Month 2022: Breaking The Bias
March is Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day is March 8. This year’s focus is on breaking the bias and promoting a diverse and gender-equal world.
During Women’s History Month, be a part of the movement with WTS International–participate in our upcoming programming, share the benefits of membership (at a discounted price) with your colleagues and network, and tell us your #WTSStory.
All programming is complimentary to members during the month:
- WTS hosted a conversation on breaking the bias on March 8 (International Women's Day) with current WTS International Board of Directors Member-At-Large and incoming Chair of the WTS International Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee, Helen McSwain, Senior Vice President, Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation. Watch the recording on the WTS International Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn pages.
- WTS hosted a panel on LeadHERship Lessons: CEO Perspectives on March 18 with powerful, dynamic, and female CEOs to hear their own career journeys, lessons from the top, advice to the next generation, and how they have managed to break the bias.
- WTS hosted a panel on the WTS story of advancing women on March 25 with past, present, and future WTS leadership.
