On Saturday, November 1, Transportation YOU co-chairs Kate Murphy and Maddie Marquardt participated in the Girls Exploring Tomorrow's Technology (GETT) Expo at the Philadelphia Expo Center. This free event for young women across Southeastern Pennsylvania gives students the chance to discover a wide range of STEM pathways and careers.

To highlight opportunities in the transportation field, the TrYOU table featured an interactive design challenge where attendees experimented with various paper airplane shapes. The GETT Expo continues to be a valuable opportunity to connect with—and inspire—hundreds of young women each year.
