Transportation YOU Capital Summit at HNTB
As part of the WTS Foundation's Transportation YOU Capital Summit, HNTB hosted high school students and mentors from across the country at its Arlington office for an afternoon of career exploration and industry engagement. Organized in partnership with WTS, the event featured a varying project showcases and a young professionals panel highlighting the wide range of career opportunities available across the industry.
Students had the opportunity to engage directly with transportation professionals, learn about real-world projects, and explore pathways into engineering, planning, construction, and related fields. Their thoughtful questions and enthusiasm for learning made the event a valuable experience for both attendees and volunteers, reinforcing the importance of investing in the next generation of transportation leaders.
