In addition to our local WTS Philadelphia Chapter, did you know that WTS also has International Region Councils? These geographically based councils connect members across multiple states and transportation modes while providing leadership opportunities for members to help influence important regional and industry conversations. The Northeast Region Council represents fifteen WTS chapters across the East Coast and Canada. 

The WTS Northeast Region Council serves as a vital bridge between local chapters and the international organization, focusing on high-level coordination and the “One WTS” mission to advance women in the transportation industry. 

Our Philadelphia Chapter is currently represented on the Northeast Region Council Board by Erica Antonie, PE, a former WTS Philadelphia Chapter President and Director at Burns Engineering. In this role, she helps ensure Philadelphia’s voice is heard at the regional level while also bringing international resources and broader perspectives back to our local membership.
