LFAL: Power Moves: Mastering Salary & Promotion Negotiations
On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, WTS Philadelphia hosted a Learn From A Leader (LFAL) workshop titled Power Moves: Mastering Salary & Promotion Negotiations. Award-winning certified career coach Lisa Chubinsky, CPCC, CTS, CPC, led an engaging, sold-out session with industry professionals and students in attendance.
Lisa covered a range of topics drawn from her personal experiences, including surprising facts about job searches, the importance of negotiation, common mistakes, traits of strong candidates, and strategies for common scenarios. Attendees reflected and took note of the many valuable takeaways shared throughout the discussion.
Following the main presentation and worksheet prompts, the evening concluded with a dynamic Q&A session. Participants had the opportunity to further connect with Lisa and explore strategies and specific scenarios. Offering some final support and encouragement, attendees were invited to schedule a complimentary 30-minute coaching call.
