Leadership in Action: Driving and Empowering Your Team Panel
On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, WTS Philadelphia hosted a sold-out Learn From A Leader (LFAL) panel discussion as part two of this year’s LFAL series. The event, Leadership in Action: Driving and Empowering Your Team, featured an inspiring panel of leaders: Kristin Del Rossi, Cathy Farrell, Abbey Gancz, and Charnelle Hicks, with Shiny Mathew serving as moderator.
The panelists explored a range of thought-provoking questions that centered on personal leadership philosophies, values, and lived experiences. Each speaker shared how they define and live out their leadership style, emphasizing the importance of ethics, authenticity, and purpose.
