The panel explored networking as a core part of professional life that extends beyond job searching, reflecting on its role in creating opportunities, strengthening careers, and building lasting professional support systems in an interconnected industry. Panelists shared personal experiences and practical tips, noting that while networking can feel intimidating, it is something everyone experiences. They encouraged starting with small, genuine interactions, and following your curiosity, showing that even informal or imperfect moments can lead to meaningful professional connections.

The evening concluded with a lively Q&A, where attendees continued the conversation and sought additional insights on maintaining professional relationships and exploring networking opportunities.
We are grateful to our panelists and moderator for their thoughtful reflections and authenticity, and to McCormick Taylor for their generous hospitality in hosting this event.
