Currently, women at Arcadis are leading some of their largest teams and projects in California, including their Contract Solutions West practice, led by Christi Fu, the LA Metro Crenshaw project, managed by Lisa Jones, and the RCTC Railroad Canyon Road project, led by Janeen Obeid. Additionally, projects such as California High-Speed Rail are staffed by a large team of over 25 women. And without their pursuit team, including Jackie Berger, Stefanie Szoludko, and Catherine Washuk and their project administration team, including Sagrario Cross and Debbie Brannon, none of this work would be possible.

Arcadis also strongly supports the involvement of their staff in organizations like WTS that will advance their careers in transportation. Arcadis is a proud partner of many WTS chapters throughout the country, with members actively involved in over a dozen WTS chapters, including WTS-LA, where Christi Fu is the past Board Treasurer and current Secretary.
