Ashlien Savage, Manager of Human Resources at Foothill Transit and Co-Chair of the WTS-LA Transportation YOU committee, and Linda Apodaca, fellow committee member and Foothill Transit Manager of Community Engagement, visited Westchester High School this week.

The goal is to give students an idea of the exciting careers within transportation and share insights on the opportunities available. In the fall, the committee will host a Girl’s Empowerment Day and share information about WTS scholarships available to graduating seniors. Transportation YOU has a long history of collaborating with Westchester, Dorsey, and now Azusa High Schools and appreciates the partnership that benefits students.
