Who Deserves a Little Recognition? 

Every year, WTS Iowa celebrates the people and organizations making a difference in our transportation community, and we need your help recognizing them.

Think about the people you've worked with this year. Who stepped up? Who made an impact? Who supported others, brought new ideas to the table, or helped move our industry forward? 

Nominations are now open for Woman of the Year, Member of the Year, and Employer of the Year.

Recognizes a transportation professional who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, made significant contributions to the transportation industry, and advanced opportunities for women through mentorship, advocacy, and professional influence.

Recognizes a WTS Iowa member whose exceptional commitment to WTS has helped attract, connect, support, and advance women in transportation. This individual actively promotes WTS, contributes to chapter programs and initiatives, and supports the continued growth and success of the Iowa chapter.

Recognizes an organization that demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing women in transportation through workplace culture, professional development opportunities, leadership advancement, employee engagement, and support of WTS through membership, sponsorship, and participation.
