Kelly Kaysonepheth is the Marketing Director and Vice President of TYPSA, where she leads the firm’s U.S. marketing and strategic communications efforts, including pursuit planning, proposal development, branding, and visual communications. With more than 20 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, Kelly brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, writing, editing, graphic design, and visual storytelling to her work.

A dedicated community volunteer, Kelly has served on the boards of several professional and community organizations. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the WTS Foundation Board of Directors (2026–28), following her service as Secretary (2024–26) and Director (2022–24). Her longstanding involvement with WTS also includes serving as President of WTS Metropolitan Phoenix (2018–19). Kelly previously served as President of the Junior League of Phoenix from 2022–24, building on years of volunteer service and leadership within the organization.

Kelly’s professional and community leadership has been recognized throughout her career. She was named an Outstanding Woman in Business by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2024, a Top Young Professional by Engineering News-Record Southwest in 2019, and a Phoenix Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree in 2015. She has also been nominated for the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s ATHENA Award, which recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in professional leadership, community service, and mentorship.

Kelly is a graduate of Seton Hall University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
