Lead Forward: WTS SC 2026 Leadership Series
WTS South Carolina is hosting a four‑part virtual leadership series for women who carry complex work and are ready to lead at the next altitude.
Designed for professionals navigating high‑stakes environments, this series supports women leading through uncertainty, shifting priorities, accelerated change, and stakeholder complexity. Regardless of the industry you are in, the frameworks of this series are intentionally transferable across roles and sectors where influence, judgment, and clarity matter most.
Each session delivers:
- A repeatable leadership framework
- High‑impact reflection questions
- Practical fieldwork that turns insight into action—so learning doesn’t fade by Monday
Quarter 4 | Mindset, Focus & Legacy Leadership
Theme: Bringing the year’s LeadForward leadership journey together, connecting strategic clarity, resilient culture, communication, and influence to one essential question: What will others carry forward because of how I lead today?
Whether you’re an individual contributor, an emerging leader, or an experienced professional navigating greater responsibility, this session is about taking a step back, looking at the bigger picture, and recognizing that leadership is happening in the everyday moments—not just the big ones.
We’ll explore:
🧠 Mindset: How the way we think shapes the choices we make.
🎯 Focus: How to protect what matters most?
💬 Influence: How our everyday interactions shape people and outcomes, with or without a formal title.
🌱 Legacy: What are you already creating through the way you show up—and what do you want to intentionally strengthen going forward?
You’ll leave with:
• A clearer picture of where your leadership attention belongs
• One intentional practice you can put into action immediately
• A fresh perspective on the legacy you’re already creating
And because it’s our Q4 finale, We’ll lean into an end-of-year review designed for everyone—whether you’re preparing to reflect on your own growth or guiding meaningful conversations as a leader and how to make evaluations more impactful, and navigate conversations around raises, growth, and what’s next. So, expect a little reflection, a little fun, a few “aha!” moments, and an opportunity to celebrate how far the journey has taken you this year.
