Get Updates on the DBE Certification Program (Virtual)
The DBE Certification Program has undergone significant updates as of October 3rd, 2025. These updates will impact current DBE certified businesses in Minnesota. The DEI Committee of WTS Minnesota is organizing a lunch and learn with Sean Skibbie, Director of the MnDOT Office of Civil Rights.
