Mona Aglan-Swick is a Transportation Engineering Manager with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Project Management Group (PMG). She has been with ADOT for nearly 20 years and brings extensive experience in transportation engineering, traffic safety, utility coordination, and statewide program management. Mona is passionate about public service, collaborative leadership, and solving complex transportation challenges that positively impact communities across Arizona.
