What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking: Valet parking is validated at $35. Self parking is validated at $25.
Transit: The hotel is nearby the Pershing Square Metro stop.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.
Will Corporate Partner vouchers be accepted for this event?

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations must be made prior to Thursday, February 9th at 5pm in order to receive a partial refund. *Please note that Eventbrite no longer refunds the fees associated with each ticket purchase.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your registration/ticket is only transferrable to another WTS member. Please contact the WTS-LA Membership Chair (Lynn Feng of AECOM at [email protected])for WTS membership questions.
Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?
Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We do offer a limited number of walk-in tickets the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $20 late fee.
