The WTS-CT Diversity Committee is pleased to offer this interactive workshop discussing neurodiversity and neurodivergence in the workplace and strategies for successful working relationships and allyship. It will focus on the individual socialization of participants as well as systemic barriers for neurodivergent folks.
Dr. Verlezza is an inclusion, equity, access, belonging strategist and educator supporting individuals and organizations in building more inclusive, accessible, and equity-driven cultures for over 20+ years; helping others grow through reflection, accountability, and action.
